Mailphant operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business and provides immediate access to digital services, features, and system resources upon subscription activation. Due to the nature of our services, returns are not applicable, and cancellations do not result in refunds, except where explicitly stated under specific conditions.

By subscribing to or using Mailphant, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.


2. NO RETURN POLICY

Mailphant provides digital software services only.
As no physical goods are sold or delivered:

  • Returns are not possible

  • Return requests are not accepted

  • This policy applies to all subscription plans, add-ons, and upgrades

Once access to the platform is granted, the service is considered delivered.


3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

However, please note:

  • Cancellation stops future billing only

  • Cancellation does not terminate access immediately (access remains until the end of the current billing period)

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund for unused time


3.2 Immediate Termination by Mailphant

  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 General Refund Rule

Mailphant follows a strict no-refund policy.

All subscription fees, setup fees, usage-based charges, and add-ons are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-creditable

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscriptions

  • Plan upgrades or downgrades

  • Partial usage or unused subscription periods


4.2 Exceptional Refund Consideration

Refunds, if any, are considered only under exceptional circumstances and solely at Mailphant’s discretion, including:

  • Duplicate payments caused by technical errors

  • Proven billing system malfunction attributable to Mailphant

In such cases:

  • Refund approval is not guaranteed

  • Refund amount and method are determined by Mailphant

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider


5. FREE TRIALS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

If a free trial or promotional access is provided:

  • No payment is required during the trial period

  • No refund applies once the trial converts into a paid subscription

  • Users are responsible for cancelling before trial expiry if they do not wish to continue


6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Mailphant first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Permanent service termination

  • Restriction from future use of the platform

We strongly encourage users to contact our support team to resolve billing concerns before raising disputes with payment providers.


7. TAXES & FEES

All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by third parties are non-refundable.


8. POLICY CHANGES

Mailphant reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
