Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
If a free trial or promotional access is provided:
No payment is required during the trial period
No refund applies once the trial converts into a paid subscription
Users are responsible for cancelling before trial expiry if they do not wish to continue
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Mailphant first may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Permanent service termination
Restriction from future use of the platform
We strongly encourage users to contact our support team to resolve billing concerns before raising disputes with payment providers.
All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by third parties are non-refundable.
